STEP 1: Collect Your Used Loggers
Start by collecting all your used temperature recorders in one box. It's advisable to group together a minimum of 200 devices before moving on to the next step. This optimizes the recycling process and minimizes the carbon footprint of transportation.

STEP 2: Prepare Your Package
Once the box is full, close it carefully. Then take the necessary measurements to find out the exact dimensions (length, width, height) and weight of the package. This information is essential for organizing transport.

STEP 3: Contact us for pick-up
Fill in our online contact form with the following information:

Full address for collection

Date by which package will be ready for collection

​Once this information has been sent, our team will contact you to confirm the pick-up details.
STEP 4: Receive the shipping label
Once we have received your request, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to affix to your parcel. Depending on your location, additional customs documents may be required, and these will also be provided to you.
STEP 5: Carrier pick-up
On the agreed date, our partner carrier will collect the parcel directly from the address indicated. You don't have to pay anything - all transport costs are covered by Kelvin Solutions.
